Is hypnotherapy dangerous?
No, hypnotherapy is a safe and relaxing way to overcome issues.
How many sessions will I need?
Each client is unique and depending on the issue. Hypnotherapy is a short term therapy. You are in control when you feel you have overcome the issue, or have enough confidence to continue on your own then the contract ends.
Can I be hypnotized?
My belief is that most people can be hypnotized. Some people are more resistant to hypnosis, but if they are willing to co-operate and have an open mind then with the right technique a trance will occur.
How does hypnosis feel?
Most people find the experience of hypnosis relaxing and enjoyable. Sensations can vary from tingling sensations in the hands and feet to their body feeling heavy. Everyone has a different experience and some have different sensations during different sessions. Some people don't even realise that they have been hypnotised.
Will I remember anything from the hypnosis session?
People tend to remember the flow of the session if not all of the session. A lot of people experience a heightened awareness during hypnosis.
How much control does the hypnotist have during hypnosis?
While people often feel that their actions under hypnosis seem to occur without the influence of their will, a hypnotist cannot make you perform actions that are against your values or morals.
Is there a difference between a hypnotist and a hypnotherapist?

While hypnosis can be used to enhance performance, it cannot make people stronger or more athletic than their existing physical capabilities.
