What can hypnosis help with?

Hypnosis is a safe and natural way to help with issues like: anxiety, depression, nerves, pain control, panic attacks, self-esteem, slimming, stop smoking and weight loss. These are just a small amount of what Hypnosis can help with, the list is extensive. Everything from changing a habit, to coming to terms with and reducing the symptoms of things like cancer and Parkinson’s. So whatever you want give me a call I may be able to help change your life.

How can hypnosis, NLP, Stress management and coaching help you?

There are many ways in which hypnosis, NLP, coaching and stress management can help you with your issue or concern. The three main areas I help people are: 1) removing emotions from past events so that they become just another memory (EMDR is used in PTSD), so that past memory that haunts you can just become another memory, or even a strength that you can use. 2) Helping you in the present, using techniques and tools from hypnosis and NLP so that you build new habits and coping strategies. So that when you are faced with something you have better ways to deal with it. 3) Building a better future, Hypnosis is great for helping you mentally rehearse how you would like to be in the future. From being slimmer to having more self esteem, Doing this is tells your mind what you want and helps focus on getting that outcome.
